- Architect: Postgraduate in Architecture/Urban Planning with min. 10 years of experience.
- Structural Engineer : Postgraduate in structural engineering with min. 10 years of experience.
- ICT Expert: Postgraduate in Electronics and Telecommunications/ Computer Science or MCA / M.Sc. in Computer Sciences/ IT or related field with min 10 years of experience
- Environment Expert : Postgraduate in environmental science/ environmental engineering, or equivalent with min. 10 years of experience.
