Qualification
- Assistant Director (Banking): Chartered Accountant or Cost and Management Accountant or Company Secretary or Chartered Financial Analyst or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance) or Master’s of Business Administration (Finance) or Master’s of Business Economics or Master’s of Commerce.
- Assistant Director (Corporate Law): Bachelor degree in Law from a recognized University or Institute. Integrated Bachelor degree in Law (Five Years’) from a recognized University or Institute; OR (iii) Bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institute and Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
- Company Prosecutor (Ministry of Corporate Affairs): Bachelor degree in law or integrated degree in law from a recognized University or Institution.
- Deputy Architect: Degree in Architecture of a recognized University or Institution or Equivalent i.e. Associate Membership of Indian Institute of Architect by Examination.
- Deputy Director of Mines Safety (Mining): Degree in Mining Engineering from a recognized university or Institution or pass in Section A and B of the Associate Membership examination in Mining Engineering Branch from the Institution of Engineers (India) incorporated by the Royal Charter, 1935. First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate granted under the Coal Mines Regulations, 2017 (Unrestricted) or under the Metalliferous Mines Regulations, 1961 (Unrestricted).

Age Limit
- Assistant Director (Banking): 30 years
- Assistant Director (Corporate Law): 30 years
- Company Prosecutor (Ministry of Corporate Affairs): 30 years
- Deputy Architect: 35 years
- Deputy Director of Mines Safety (Mining): 40 years
Age Relaxation: 3 years for OBC, 5 years SC/ST, 10 years for PWBD
