Qualification
- Research Scientist (RF and Microwaves): Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Bachelor Degree in Technology (B.E. or B. Tech.) or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Technology (M.E. or M. Tech.) in the field in Electronics/Telecommunications, Engineering with minimum 55% .
- Research Scientist (Physics) : Master Degree in Science (M.Sc.) Physics from a recognized university OR B.Tech. (Engineering Physics) from IIT/NIT/Recognized Universities with minimum 55% marks
- Project Assistant (Physics) : B.Sc. (Physics) from a recognized university with minimum of 55% marks
- Project Technician (Fitter): Candidate should have passed ITI (Fitter) from govt. affiliated board of technical/vocational education and completed NCTVT with minimum of 55% marks.
- Project Technician (Turner): Candidate should have passed ITI (Turner) from Govt. affiliated board of technical/vocational education and completed NCTVT with minimum of 55% marks
Salary Details
- Research Scientist (RF and Microwaves): Rs. 32,000/-Per Month
- Research Scientist (Physics) : Rs. 32,000/-Per Month
- Project Assistant (Physics) : Rs. 19,000/-Per Month
- Project Technician (Fitter): Rs. 17,100 – 21,100/-Per Month
- Project Technician (Turner): Rs. 17,100 – 21,100/-Per Month

- Research Scientist (Physics) : 30 years
- Project Assistant (Physics) : 25 years
