Qualification
- Junior Stenographer (EIC, Water Resources): HSC Examination or such other qualification as are equivalent to HSC Examination with ITI (Stenography), Certificate on Basic Computer Skill.
- Junior Stenographer (Advocate General, Odisha): Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University. He/she should have a minimum speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand both in English and Odia along with adequate knowledge in Computer application.
- Junior Stenographer (Directorate of Treasuries and Inspection): Candidates must have passed +2 Arts/ Science/ Commerce examination conducted by CHSE, Odisha or equivalent examination. He/she should have a minimum speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand both in English and Odia along with adequate knowledge in Computer application.
- Junior Grade Typist: HSC Examination or such other qualification as are equivalent to HSC Examination with Certificate on Basic Computer Skill.
- Typist and Scribe Assistant: Candidates must have passed +2 in any discipline or equivalent examination. Candidates should have typing knowledge both in English and Odia with minimum speed of 40 words and 20 words per minute respectively and possessed basic knowledge in Computer Application.

- Junior Stenographer (EIC, Water Resources): Rs. 25,500 – 81,100/-Per Month
- Junior Stenographer (Advocate General, Odisha): Rs. 25,500 – 81,100/-Per Month
- Junior Stenographer (Directorate of Treasuries and Inspection): Rs. 25,500 – 81,100/-Per Month
- Junior Grade Typist: Rs. 19,900 – 63,200/-Per Month
- Typist and Scribe Assistant: Rs. 19,900 – 63,200/-Per Month
