Qualification
- Assistant Manager (Property Development): Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Civil engineering from a Govt. recognized university/institute.
- Assistant Manager (Property Business): Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in any engineering discipline from a Govt. recognized university/institute. OR (ii) Graduate in any discipline from a Govt. recognized university/institute AND MBA/2 years Post Graduate Degree in Management from a Govt. recognized university/institute.
- Assistant Manager (Information Technology): Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Information Technology /Computer = Science Engineering from a Govt. Recognized university/institute OR Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) or equivalent in computer applications from a Govt. Recognized university/institute.
- Assistant Manager (Finance): Chartered Accountant from ICAI or Cost & Management Accountant from ICMAI.
- Section Engineer (Civil and Track) : Three years diploma in Civil engineering from a Govt. recognized university/institute.
Salary Details
- Assistant Manager (Property Development): Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/- Per Month
- Assistant Manager (Property Business): Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/- Per Month
- Assistant Manager (Information Technology): Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/- Per Month
- Assistant Manager (Finance): Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/- Per Month
- Section Engineer (Civil and Track) : Rs. 40,000 – 1,25,000/- Per Month

- Assistant Manager (Property Development): 56 years
