- Human Resources: Post-Graduation Degree/ Diploma in Management with Specialization in Human Resources / Industrial Relations/Personnel Management from recognised University/ Institution.
- Investment & Treasury: Post-Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management with Specialization in (Finance/ Forex) OR MBA (Finance/ Banking & Finance) OR ICWA / CA / CFA from recognized University / Institution.
