Qualification
- Industry Inspector: Industrial Inspector, for other categories except Group-C category, a degree from a recognized university or a qualification recognized as equivalent to a degree by the Government of Maharashtra.
- Technical Assistant: The educational qualification for Industrial Inspector, Group-C cadre will be as follows:- Minimum Diploma in Engineering (other than Civil Engineering and subjects related to the groups of subjects in Civil Engineering, such as Architecture, Town Planning etc.) or Technology from a statutory university, or Degree from a statutory university in a science discipline.
- Tax Assistant: Candidates appearing in the final year examination of Diploma/Degree will be eligible for admission in the preliminary examination. However, if they qualify for the main examination, it will be mandatory to pass the Diploma/Degree examination by the last date of submission of the required application/information in the prescribed manner for admission to the main examination.
- Clerk & Typist: Degree holders who require internship or practical work experience in a workshop should have fulfilled this condition by the prescribed date of acceptance of application/information for the main examination.
