- Qualification: OFFICERS WORKING IN CENTRAL/RAILWAYS/STATE GOVERNMENT MINISTRIES/DEPARTMENTS/PUBLIC SECTOR UNDERTAKINGS IN FUNCTIONAL SA GRADE (PAY LEVEL 14 OR EQUIVALENT) AND HAVING AT LEAST 20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN GROUP “A” OUT OF WHICH 15 YEARS SHALLBE IN FIELD/PROJECTS. EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS WILL BE GIVEN PREFERENCE.
