Research Associate-I: 1 Post
- Qualification: Candidates must have (a) Ph.D. degree in Chemistry, specializing in
bioinorganic chemistry, (b) expertise in monitoring reactions kinetics (including very fast ones) involving heme and/or copper-peptide complexes showing O2/H2O2 dependent enzymatic oxidation processes relevant to Alzheimer’s Disease and Type 2 Diabetes, (c) background in redox biochemistry, ROS mediated oxidative stress mechanisms in disease pathology, spectroscopic trapping of reaction intermediates, (d) experience in using oxygen-controlled equipment (glove box, glove bag etc.) and preparing anaerobic samples, (e) good communication skills and (f) minimum average marks of 60% in B.Sc. and M.Sc. degree with NET qualification - Salary Details: As Per Norms
