Qualification
- Deputy General Manager (Company Secretary): Membership of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Out of total experience required, the applicant should have 3 years’ experience in a Company listed at NSE and / or BSE.
- Deputy Manager (Survey): Bachelor Degree in Mining / Civil Engineering with Surveyors Certificate of Competency or M. Tech (Geomatics).
- Deputy Manager (R and D): Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering / Technology or Post Graduate qualification in Chemistry (Preferably with specialization in Inorganic Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry).
- Deputy Manager (M and C): Bachelor Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce / Engineering with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Materials Management or MBA with specialization in Materials Management.
- Management Trainee – Human Resource: Two years full time Post Graduation Degree or Diploma from recognized Institution in HR / Personnel with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) in aggregate.
Salary Details
- Deputy General Manager (Company Secretary): Rs. 1,00,000 – 2,60,000/-Per Month
- Deputy Manager (Survey): Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/-Per Month
- Deputy Manager (R and D): Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/-Per Month
- Deputy Manager (M and C): Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/-Per Month
- Management Trainee – Human Resource: Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/-Per Month
