Qualification

  • State Program Manager – Value Addition, Market Linkage and Cluster Development (Farm and Non Farm): Post Graduate degree or diploma in Rural Management / Food Processing / Marketing / Any other relevant qualification.
  • Mission Executive – HR/Admin : Post Graduate degree or diploma in Human Resource Management / Personnel Management / Business Administration (HR) or any other relevant qualification.
  • Block Manager – Livelihood: B.Sc. Agriculture / B.Sc. Animal Husbandry /B.B.A. Marketing / Any other relevant qualification
  • Block Manager – Financial Inclusion: B.Com / B.B.A. Finance / Any other relevant qualification
  • Block Manager – IBCB : Bachelor in Social Work/ B.A. Sociology Rural Development /Anthropology / Any other relevant qualification

Salary Details

  • State Program Manager – Value Addition, Market Linkage and Cluster Development (Farm and Non Farm): Rs. 60,000/- Per Month
  • Mission Executive – HR/Admin : Rs. 30,000/- Per Month
  • Block Manager – Livelihood: Rs. 25,000/- Per Month
  • Block Manager – Financial Inclusion: Rs. 25,000/- Per Month
  • Block Manager – IBCB : Rs. 25,000/- Per Month
