- Chief General Manager (E-8): Four years full-time degree in Engineering or equivalent in the discipline of Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Marine Engineering/ Civil/ Production/ Naval Architecture
- General Manager (E-7): Four years full-time degree in Engineering or equivalent in the discipline of Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Marine Engineering/ Civil/ Production/ Naval Architecture MBA/ PG Degree/ PG Diploma in Material Management/ Supply Chain Management/ Logistics Management/ Operations Management is preferable

- Additional General Manager (E-6): Rs. 27,600 – 96,600/- Per Month
- Additional General Manager (E-6): Rs. 90000 – 240000/- Per Month
