- OIC Polyclinic: Graduate, minimum 05 years work experience in Health Care Institutions or Managerial positions
- Medical Specialist: MD (Medicine) / DNB min 05 years experience in the specialty after PG
- Medical Officer: MBBS, minimum 05 year experience after internship
- Dental Officer: MDS/BDS, minimum 05 years work experience for BDS/ No work experience for MDS
- Nursing Asst: GNM Dip/Class 1 Course (Armed Forces)
Salary Details

- Medical Specialist: Rs.100000/- Per Month
- Medical Officer: Rs. 75000/- Per Month
- Dental Officer: Rs. 75000/- Per Month
- Nursing Asst: Rs. 28100/- Per Month
