Qualification
- Rural: She should be a literate woman with formal education minimum 10th Class Pass.
- Tribal: She should be a literate woman with formal education minimum 10th Class Pass.
- Urban: She should be a literate woman with formal education of at least Tenth Class pass. If there are women with Class XII who are interested and willing they should be given preference.
