Qualification
- Human Resource Executive: MBA (HR) / MA (PM & IR)/ Post Graduate Diploma in HR/ PM & IR / Personnel Management/ Masters in Labour Studies/ MMS (HR)/ (PM & IR) (2-year full time course) with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (or equivalent CGPA), relaxed to 50% for SC/ ST / PWD categories.
- Head-Engineering and Projects: Bachelor’s degree (B.E / B.Tech) in Civil Engineering with a minimum aggregate of 60% (or equivalent CGPA), relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/PwBD categories.
- Head-Marketing and Operations: MBA / PG Diploma in Marketing, Retail Management, or Operations Management with a minimum aggregate of 60% (or equivalent CGPA), relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/ PwBD categories.
- Team Lead-State Marketing and Operations: MBA / PG Diploma in Marketing, Retail Management, or Operations Management with a minimum aggregate of 60% (or equivalent CGPA), relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/PwBD categories.
- Team Member-Retail Store: Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing / Retail Management with minimum 60% aggregate percentage (or equivalent CGPA and above), relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/PwBD categories.
Salary Details
- Human Resource Executive: Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/-Per Month
- Head-Engineering and Projects: Rs. 60000-180000/- Per Month
- Head-Marketing and Operations: Rs. 70000-200000/- Per Month
- Team Lead-State Marketing and Operations: Rs. 80,000 – 2,20,000/-Per Month
- Team Member-Retail Store: Rs. 80,000 – 2,20,000/-Per Month
