Qualification

  • State Program Manager (Contract Basis): Must possess Degree including AYUSH and MBA in Healthcare Management/ Human Resource(HR / Masters in Health/ Hospital Administration/ Post Graduation Diploma in Hospital & Healthcare management(Two Years). AICTE recognized university.
  • Finance Manager (Contract Basis): Must possess Degree in MBA – Finance/ M.Com/ C.A/ICWA. AICTE recognized university.
  • District Program Manager (Contract Basis): Must possess a Degree, including AYUSH and MBA in Healthcare Management/ Masters in Health/ Hospital Administration/ Post Graduation Diploma in Hospital & Healthcare management (Two Years) from an AICTE-recognized university.
  • Psychiatrist On call at Homoeo Colleges & Hospitals (Contract Basis): Must possess a Degree in MD (Psychiatry) awarded by a recognized University.
  • AYUSH Doctor – Ayurveda (Contract Basis): Must possess a Degree in BHMS awarded by a University in India established or incorporated by or under Central Act or State Act or Provisional Act or an Institution recognized by the UGC or any statutory board of the State Government after having undergone regular course of Institutional study in the Ayurveda both in theory and Practical for a period not less than 4 1⁄2 years duration in a Teaching Institution recognized by the University or State Government with one-year compulsory Internship.

Salary Details

  • State Program Manager (Contract Basis): Rs. 75,000/- Per Month
  • Finance Manager, District Program Manager: Rs. 50,000/- Per Month
  • Psychiatrist on call at Homoeo Colleges & Hospitals (Contract Basis): Rs. 15,000/- Per Month
  • AYUSH Doctor – Ayurveda (Contract Basis): Rs. 40,000/- Per Month

Age Limit

  • Manager: 21 to 60 years
  • Psychiatrist, AYUSH Doctor: 18 to 42 years

Age Relaxation

  • SC, ST, BC, EWS: 5 Years
  • PWD: 10 Years
