Qualification

  • Manager (Finance & Accounts): Post Graduation Degree in
    Finance with CA from Institute of Chartered
    Accounts / CMA.
  • Asst. Manager (F&A): Post Graduation Degree in Finance with CA Inter from Institute of Chartered Accounts
  • Assistant Manager (IT): B.Tech (IT/ CSE) / BE (IT/ CSE) / MCA / MSC (Computer Science) from a recognised university
  • Assistant Manager (Mining): Degree in Mining Engineering from a recognised university. Second Class Mine Manager’s (R) Certificate issued by DGMS under MMR 1961.
  • Assistant Manager (Geologist): M.Sc.in Geology from a
    recognized university.

Salary Details

  • Manager (Finance & Accounts): Rs.90,000/- per month
  • Asst. Manager (F&A): Rs.60,000/- per month
  • Assistant Manager (IT): Rs.60,000/- per month
  • Assistant Manager (Mining): Rs.60,000/- per month.
  • Assistant Manager (Geologist): Rs.60,000/- per month.

Age Limit

  • Manager (Finance & Accounts): 45 years as on 1st April 2025
  • Asst. Manager (F&A): 40 years as on 1st April 2025
  • Assistant Manager (IT): 40 years as on 1st April 2025
  • Assistant Manager (Mining): 40 years as on 1st April 2025
  • Assistant Manager (Geologist): 40 years as on 1st April 2025
