Qualification
- Professor: A Postgraduate qualification, MD or MS (recognised under the IMC Act, #1956 or by the NMC) in the concerned department or qualifications recognised by the NMC as being equivalent thereto for employment as a Teacher in a Medical Institution. The qualifying degree must be in the subject of the post.
- Additional Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor: D.M. or M.Ch (recognized under the IMC Act, #1956 or by the NMC) in the concerned department, OR qualifications recognized by the NMC are equivalent to those for employment as a Teacher in a Medical Institution. The qualifying degree must be in the subject of the post.
