Responsibilities:
  • Field Marketing Consultant is responsible for driving Revenues, Unit Volumes, Profitability and Market Share for Dell’s Commercial Client Solutions Business in India. Typically, he/she is responsible for a Line of Business i.e. Desktop, Notebooks or Workstations
  • Owns the development and execution of the go-to-market plans to support specific growth initiatives across customer segments
  • Manages Distribution & Channel Sales Motion
  • Owns End to End Sales Enablement for specific Line of Business (i.e. Product Positioning, Sales Training, Training Content Creation etc.)
  • Manages Product Transitions in Market and Executes product launches at the local level, working with cross-functional teams. Provide feedback to regional & global product teams on the new product roadmap
  • Evangelize Product and Represent Dell in Customer Workshops, Events, and Webinars
  • Owns demand forecasting for Product across customer segments
  • Inputs to product pricing and devise pricing tactics to achieve business goals per Annual Operating Plan
  • Localizes and adapts global content and programs that achieve sales demand through print and electronic collateral, sales training, customer research, and customer briefings.
  • Provide inputs to Marketing Plan for Line of Business & Track ROI for Marketing Effectiveness
  • Presents voice of the customer to Sales, Marketing & Product Groups
  • Track business performance in the quarter. Creates and executes the action plan to improve Sales, Coverage, and Profitability
  • Ensure operational support for Sales to fulfill Market Demand (Inc. SKU management & Availability in Quoting Systems)
